When the opportunity arose in 2010 to peel away from traditional plumbing services and become the next EcoSmart Solar Hot Water dealer, Andrew could not resist.

Andrew said, “I was looking for an opportunity to offer my customers a better plumbing service and give King Island access to great solar hot water heaters. Owning my own EcoSmart Solar business means that I’m working for an Australian-owned company, and offering environmental hot water products to the people of the region, which is a very important business philosophy for me to attain.

“King Island is so distinctive in location. The flora and fauna is marvellous and has a very unpredictable climate.  Although it’s cold, there is always an abundance of sunshine and so it makes sense to become involved with environmental solar hot water. It is also very appealing to know that I am helping families do the right thing by the environment and help them save money on their energy bills”, he added.
